new free shuttle bus services around sydney

Commencing 14 March 2011, Sydney will have seven new free shuttle bus routes servicing seven major suburban centres.

Will you be one of the lucky ones to have a free shuttle bus take you to the train station?

The Liverpool free shuttle bus

Bankstown (route 950)
The Bankstown loops starts from Bankstown Interchange connecting Centro Bankstown, Meredith Street, Bankstown RSL Club, Brandon Avenue and Bankstown Sports Club.
Route 950 operates every 20 minutes between 9am to 2:30pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5:40pm on weekends.

Blacktown (route 720)
The Blacktown loops starts from Blacktown Interchange connecting Westpoint Blacktown, K-Mart, Civic Centre, Main Street, TAFE, Medical Precinct, Blacktown Hospital, Centrelink and Blacktown RSL.
Route 720 operates every 15 minutes between 9am to 2:15pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5:30pm on weekends.

Cabramatta (route 88)
The Cabramatta loop starts from Cabramatta Interchange and connects Railway Parade, Canley Vale Interchange, Adams Park, Canley Vale Road, Canley Heights, Cambridge Street, St Johns Road and Bartley Street.
Route 88 operates every 15 minutes between 9am to 2:30pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5:30pm on weekends.

Kogarah (route 430)
The Kogarah loop starts from Kogarah Interchange and connects Railway Parade, St George Hospital, Gray Street and Montgomery Street.
Route 430 operates every 15 minutes between 9am to 2:45pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5:45pm on weekends.

Newcastle (route 555)
The Newcastle loop starts from Newcastle Station and connects Scott Street, Hunter Street, Honeysuckle Precinct, Wickham Interchange, City West, Donald Street, Hamilton Café Precinct, Tudor Street, TAFE, Marketown Shopping Centre and King Street.
Route 555 operates every 20 minutes between 9am to 2:40pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5:40pm on weekends.

Parramatta (route 900)
The Parramatta loops starts from Parramatta Interchange connecting Westfield Parramatta, Macquarie Street West, O’Connell Street, Parramatta Leagues Club, Church Street North, Prince Alfred Park, Lennox Bridge, Phillip Street, Parramatta Wharf and Charles Street.
Route 900 operates every 10 minutes between 7am to 6:30pm on weekdays, and 4am to 4pm on weekends.

Penrith (route 787)
The Penrith loops starts from Penrith Interchange and connects TAFE, Centro Nepean, Centrebet Stadium, Howell Oval, Penrith Panthers and Penrith Showground.
Route 787 operates every 15 minutes between 9am to 2:30pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5:30pm on weekends.

Busyways- I’ve just found out about the FREE SHUTTLE BUS 720 at BLACKTOWN I think it is a GREAT initiative however would appreciate if the times were from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday then I could use the service before and after work at Blacktown Hospital.Maybe the NSW GOvernment will extend the hours in the near future? Thanks
